At ourppls, we believe creativity is more than output or aesthetics. It is a powerful tool for community care, cultural expression and social change. This list celebrates creatives whose work doesn’t just look good, it does good.

People who centre purpose, community, culture and care in their creative practice, often without applause, but with lasting impact.

 

Whether they’re filmmakers telling stories that refuse to be erased, youth workers using art as a pathway to confidence, artists centring wellbeing, musicians building spaces of belonging, or creatives who simply show up with consistency and love - these are people whose work is felt deeply in the hearts of our communities.

To us, creativity is the ability to imagine, form and bring to life new possibilities. It is the very fabric of our being. We are each living expressions of creativity, existing within each other’s imagination. It is our divine birthright, created in goodness, with and for one another.

 

With that said, our inaugural ‘30 Creatives Who Care’ list

honours the people in our community who lead with heart.

This is our way of giving them their flowers. Of saying we see you, we feel your care and your work matters.
