Blends and Blooms

Blends & Blooms is a playful, sensory workshop designed to invite rest, creativity and curiosity back into the body - facilitated by Soul Play Ground.

Taking place in the calm and welcoming space of Rosetta Arts, this session brings together tea blending and watercolour painting as a way to slow down, soften, and explore creativity without pressure or expectation. Participants will be guided through creating their own tea blends using herbs and botanicals, followed by a relaxed watercolour painting practice inspired by colour, feeling and flow rather than technique.

This workshop is less about producing something “perfect” and more about the experience of play - engaging the senses, following intuition, and allowing creativity to move freely.
