About the event
In light of International Women’s Day and Month, Sis Stars Sharing, is a wellness gathering that celebrates and uplifts women through creativity and collective reflection.
The event will open with a screening of the HUGS (Hope You Give Someone) campaign by Truth of a Warrior Network - a movement led by executive producer Orelia Grace that centres awareness, emotional support and community care for those living with sickle cell disease. Following the screening, Dionne Reid will host an in conversation with Orelia and invited guests, exploring themes of resilience, community support and the power of simple human connection.
