About the event

A sound bath is a deeply restorative practice that uses sound vibrations to support relaxation, regulation and rest. Through instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes or voice, sound is used to create an immersive environment that invites the body and mind into a slower, more receptive state.

This session is designed to support nervous system calming, ease mental fatigue, and offer a moment of stillness in a world that often demands constant output. Delivered by TBC... Participants are invited to rest, listen and receive, allowing sound to gently wash over them without any pressure to “do” or perform.

The workshop will be held as a soft, accessible experience, with participants encouraged to engage at their own pace - whether lying down, seated, or moving gently if needed. Carers are welcome to attend, and adjustments will be made to support individual comfort and sensory needs.
