"Wear your art on your sleeve" Your art is synonymous with you heart, and on the 15th we're creating space to really pour our hearts onto our sleeves - an up-cycling/art therapy workshop turning your old clothes, bags, sheets or coats into pieces of art that communicate and transform your deepest truths. All paints and brushes are provided, just bring yourself, an open heart and the items you want to style.
