We've enrolled on this free course by UCL Culture, Health and Wellbeing, and learned about this framework 'The 5 ways to wellbeing' by the New Economics Foundation


As part of our course, we reflected on what wellbeing means to us and came up with this definition


Wellbeing is " a gentle sense of satisfaction and good health that is experienced mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually" - ourppls


This is our interpretation of the Framework, but what does Wellbeing mean to you and how do you find your way there?
