Ourppls x City Splash launch grants for emerging event curators/producers

City Splash is a 30,000-capacity festival that celebrates Caribbean and African culture in the UK and beyond, from Roots and Reggae, Dub and Dancehall, to Jungle, Garage, Afrobeats and Amapiano.

They showcase the world's most exciting talent of today while creating a space for the community to unite, connect and create the future.

In the lead-up to the festival, City Splash has announced their City Splash Week line-up: a series of events and workshops produced and powered by partners across their community.

Want to be part of City Splash Week? At ourppls, we have joined forces with City Splash to offer four emerging event producers the chance to receive £500 to bring their event idea to life during City Splash Week.

The grant is open to organisers of all ages; however, we'll be prioritising funding to go towards those who are having their first event. You can apply here.
