Refund Policy

Effective Date: 19th December 2025

At ourppls, we care deeply about our community and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to resolve it fairly.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical products purchased through our website under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom-made or personalised items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement (subject to availability)

  • Or store credit, depending on your preference

In these cases, return postage costs will be covered by ourppls.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)
